A simulation game called 'Japanese Ramen Simulator', which lets players experience running a ramen shop, has become a topic of interest. Inspired by this game, chef Tetsuya Onishi has devised a shojin ramen that uses no meat, fish, or strong-smelling vegetables, utilizing elements from the game.
