Yasuki Tanaka's manga 'Ghost Fixers' will conclude in its next chapter. The final installment, scheduled for release on October 16, is expected to close this long-running story. Although the final Chapter 99 mistakenly lists the next chapter's release date as October 9, according to MANGA Plus, the correct release date is October 16.
The Beginning and Development of 'Ghost Fixers'
'Ghost Fixers' began its serialization on Shonen Jump+ in March 2024. The story takes place in the paranormal-riddled Mikuroke Valley New Town, where a middle school boy named Hifumi meets a girl who has moved there. As the plot progresses, they strive to 'fix' supernatural occurrences. This action-packed story is depicted by Yasuki Tanaka.
Yasuki Tanaka's Past Achievements
Before 'Ghost Fixers,' Yasuki Tanaka also achieved success with the popular manga 'Summertime Rendering.' This work was adapted into an anime in 2022 and was streamed domestically and internationally by Disney Plus. Additionally, a live-action film adaptation of the same work, scheduled for release in Japan in 2027, has also been announced.
MANGA Plus, which was also used for past works, provides an English version of 'Ghost Fixers,' creating a more accessible environment for many overseas fans.
