The anime film 'Your Name' was released in 2016 and captivated many fans with the beautiful visuals directed by Makoto Shinkai. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of its release, various memorial events are being held in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture, the model location for the film's landscapes.

Distribution of Memorial Bookmarks

At the Hida Furukawa City Tourist Information Center, four types of commemorative bookmarks featuring landscapes from 'Your Name' have been prepared. These bookmarks depict scenes from Hida-Furukawa Station, Hida City Library, Ochiai Bus Stop, and Keta Wakamiya Shrine. Visitors can receive one bookmark per person, and the distribution time is from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Distribution began on August 26, 2026, and will continue until supplies run out.

Revival of Library Exhibits

Meanwhile, at Hida City Library, displays and bookmarks that became popular on social media at the time of the release have been revived. A sign that was very popular at the time has been installed at the library entrance, and a special corner inside the library offers free bookmarks. This exhibition and distribution also started on August 26.
