Publisher Change and New Developments
The manga 'Outsider Paradise' by Rin Suzukawa has changed its publisher from Futabasha to KADOKAWA. This decision was announced by Suzukawa himself through his X (formerly Twitter) account. Consequently, the manga will move from Futabasha's 'Manga Action' to KADOKAWA's website 'Kadokomi'.
Full Color Edition and Expectations for a New Chapter
The series 'Outsider Paradise', which has been serialized up to chapter 18, will be drawn in full color from chapter 19. The first three chapters have already been released on 'Kadokomi', and it is anticipated to welcome a new chapter with deeper color tones. Moreover, the first and second volumes of the comic in digital format are scheduled to be released in early 2027, with the second volume including a special full-color episode.
Suzukawa's Health and Future Prospects
The series was temporarily halted in 2024 due to the author's health reasons, but Suzukawa is now actively planning for a new chapter. The story is set to depict the protagonists in a 'slightly more mature form', raising fans' expectations for new developments.
Connection with 'Asobi Asobase'
'Outsider Paradise' is set in the same art club as Suzukawa's previous work 'Asobi Asobase'. 'Asobi Asobase' began serialization in Hakusensha's 'Young Animal Densi' in 2015 and was adapted into a popular anime in 2018. As a result, the new work has drawn attention from existing fans as well.
