Charm of the Series and Synopsis
The comedy manga 'Moji Ponika!' depicts the encounter between Tsugu, the son of an embroidery shop owner, and Gina, a foreign exchange student with a passion for kanji and yakuza films. When Gina asks Tsugu to embroider kanji on a special coat, it becomes the catalyst for Tsugu to learn the profound depth of kanji. The series began serialization in May 2025 in 'Afternoon' magazine, and the first volume was published in October 2025.
